What happens after I send my brief?
Your Tour Designer in Kyoto replies personally within 24 hours. With your dates and budget, we design your proposal.
What should I include?
Your travel dates, length of stay, who is travelling (with children’s ages), your budget per person and anything you already know you want to see.
Have I booked flights too early, or too late?
Neither. Send your flight details when you have them. We design the route first and prepare the quotation once your flights are booked, as hotel rates change from weekday to weekend.
How far ahead should we plan?
6 to 9 months ahead. For cherry blossom and autumn leaves, plan 9 to 12 months ahead.
