We provide a basic”Meet & Greet” by one of our multilingual representative, who will assist you to exchange your JR Pass, acquire a Pocket Wifi, take a bus, a taxi, the train or a private car that will take you to your hotel.

Or a pick-up at arrival by a guide, who will accompany you to your hotel and explain everything you need to know to enjoy your stay in Japan peacefully. You can choose the formula that suits you.
