You might think “Wine in Japan?” History of wine making in Japan started in the Edo period (19th century), and now wine is produced in various regions in Japan.

With Yoko a certified wine expert from Japan Sommelier Association, we offer a day tour in the Katsunuma region, where 80 vineyards in Katsunuma, the most premier wine region of Japan.

You will visit the most important estate vineyard in Katsunuma, that produces the authentic Japanese grape which raises some attention in the wine world, the “Koshu”.

And enjoy a “Yamanashi French course” with selected food using farm-fresh and locally grown ingredients.
